We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 1 p.m. on the same working day. Orders placed after 1 p.m., over the weekend, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery typically arrives within 1–3 working days, though delays may occur during busy periods. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery before contacting us.
If your order is urgent, please contact us using the details on our F.A.Q. and we’ll do our best to prioritise your dispatch. Alternatively, you can choose an express shipping option at checkout.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Calculations are automatically made at checkout depending on the weight, size, and delivery address of your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS
You can return items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are:
— In their original packaging
— Unused and in a resalable condition

Important:
Please include a note with your order number and your name in the return package. Without this, we may be be unable to process your refund.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. To avoid disputes, we recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed and processed.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return and will be issued to the original payment method. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your original payment method depending on your bank or card issuer.
EXCHANGES
We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please email us to arrange an exchange.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return postage costs, and we may charge an additional delivery fee to send the replacement. Items that are personalised, made-to-order, or final sale are not eligible for exchange.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of receipt, including a photo of the issue. We will offer a refund or replacement, and cover return postage using Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery.
EXCEPTIONS AND IMPORTANT DETAILS
— Digital items: Once purchased, digital products (such as eCards, downloadable files, etc.) can usually be accessed immediately or via email. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the item has been accessed or downloaded.
— Personalised products: We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on personalised items (e.g., custom greetings cards or badges) unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please ensure all details provided are correct before finalising your order.
— Returned items must be in resalable condition: Any returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the items are in their original, unused condition, with packaging intact, and undamaged.
