What are your customer service hours?

Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (GMT). We’re closed on weekends and major holidays.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders placed before 1 p.m. are shipped the same working day. If you ordered on a weekend or major holiday, it may be possible to make amendments and cancellations prior to shipping. Please contact our support team for further assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal and Google Pay.

What are the shipping options available?

We offer Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping options.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. For mainland UK:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: Usually arrives within 1-3 working days.

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: Usually arrives within 2-5 working days.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Usually arrives within 24 hours.

If you have chosen expedited shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Standard shipping (1st and 2nd Class) does not include tracking information.

Please note that during busy periods (such as major holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship to mainland UK.

Do you offer custom designs?

While we primarily offer pre-designed cards, we can accommodate custom design requests for large orders or special occasions. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss your needs.

There may be an additional cost for certain customisation options, such as adding custom artwork or logos.

How do I submit my art to be considered for a product collaboration?

We don’t currently accept artist submissions as our cards are created internally.
